Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Aostoy. We are committed to providing you with high quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns:
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when received, including all original packaging.
Return Process:
Contact our customer service team at contact@aostoy.com to initiate a return.
Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (e.g. 5-10 business days).
Exchanges:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, such as non-returnable items, custom orders, or gift cards, cannot be returned.
Shipping Costs:
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
